Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Kool-Kids) to you on the Kool-Kids.co.uk website.
Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Kool-Kids products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency the terms and conditions of Kool-Kids.co.uk shall prevail.
Please Note:
We use Paypal as our payment gateway. However you do not need a Paypal account in order to shop with us. If you prefer, you can pay for purchases using your debit or credit card. Please check out as normal and then on the Paypal payment pages you will be presented with the option to pay with a debit/credit card.
1. Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation stating that we've accepted that order. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation E-mail.
2. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it (at your own cost) in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unworn, and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of items if they are faulty. You will be responsible for ensuring proof of postage is obtained. A full refund of postage will be given on receipt of the returned faulty item(s). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Pricing & Availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the kool-kids.co.uk platform. We cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that postage estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed postage times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
4. Ownership & Title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises.
5. Delivery & Cancellation
You can cancel any order placed with Kool-Kids, provided that the order has not yet been despatched.
Delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only and should be used for guidance purposes only.
6. Shipping & Handling
Please note - we currently only ship to UK addresses. If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase from us please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quotation!
Shipping and handling charges will be added during checkout and are based on shopping cart amount. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order. All items are posted using Royal Mails Second Class service and will take 1-3 days to arrive. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors. We may provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. 9. Electronic Communications
When you transact with Kool-Kids or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. We will NEVER give out your contact information to 3rd parties.

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time.
