This Frugi Beaver The National Trust Play Around Backpack is a children’s backpack with a fun beaver design on the front  on a dark green background and vibrant orange, lime green and blue contrasts and straps.

This kids’ backpack is made with recycled polyester (that's recycled plastic bottles... cool right?!) and packed full of handy features for little explorers on the go. This lined Frugi rucksack has elasticated side pockets that are just the right size for a Frugi Splish Splash Water Bottle and an easy-access, zip-up compartment on the front for essentials like the Pack a Penny Wallet. Kids will like the Frugi cloud zip pulls on both sections and there’s a handy carry loop at the top for pegging it up at home, school, and for carrying when out and about. Frugi Play Around Backpacks are perfect for taking to school and fits an A4 folder, weekend trips, holding sports kit, and for taking to sleepovers. Team up with a matching Frugi bottle and lunch bag for a coordinated look that kids will love.

This special Frugi x National Trust collection is inspired by The National Trust's '50 Things to Do Before You're 11 3/4' activities - Every purchase from this collection supports the National Trust's important conservation work. This is an exclusive range of outdoorwear which is suitable, stylish, and super eco for kids to explore the outdoors with! With its staff, supporters, and volunteers combined, The National Trust are one of the biggest conservation charities in Europe. Their aim for over 125 years is to protect and care for some of Europe's most historic and beautiful places, such as coastlines, countryside, and green spaces so people and nature can thrive.

Materials: Outer: 100% recycled Polyester with PU coating. Lining: 100% polyester.

Size: 34cm high, 28cm wide and 11cm deep. Capacity: 9 litres.

Ethically made with post-consumer recycled polyester, this is perfect for the eco-conscious, green parent. Not all plastics are bad! Frugi take plastic bottles made with polythene (PET), scrub them clean, and shred them into little flakes which are turned into small pellets. The chips are melted down and spun into super-soft yarn which is woven into the recycled polyester fabric and is transfer printed using environmentally friendly inks for a low environmental impact. Happy Frugi workers use this fabric to make fantastic Puddle Buster jackets and trousers as well as lunch bags, pencil cases and backpacks. It takes about 20 plastic bottles to make a Puddle Buster jacket for age 5-6 and three bottles to make a Frugi lunch bag.
